  Overview [ back ]  
  This site allows you to search for events and activities across the U.S. There are several online directories, an event calendar, coupons, and website links accessible from the navigation bar. You are not required to login to view and search these services. However if you wish to enter your own information and events, you must first register and then use the Member Services to add your events and activities.

  Help with Login Login [ back ]  
  The Login box is always located on the top left of almost every page of the site. It provides you the ability to login, resend your login information if you have forgotten it, and enter in your confirmation number required during registration. It is required to login if you would like to add or update your information. You do NOT need to login to view or search the contents of the site and directories. Login using your Email Address and Password you setup during registration.

Register: If this is your first time visiting the site, you will have to register in order to post to the directory, calendar, or coupon pages. Click this link and you will be provided instructions on how to proceed with the quick and simple registration process.

Forgot your Password: If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forget your password" link on the login box. Your information will be sent to your email address entered during registration.

Enter Confirmation Number: The "Enter Confirmation Number" is used during registration to confirm your email address. You will only need to use this link if for some reason you are having difficulty. This link and the confirmation # are provided in the email sent to you during registration. But if for some reason you can't access the link, you can always click here and enter the confirmation number.

  Help with the Navigation bar Site Navigation Bar [ back ]  
  This is the Navigation bar. Click any of these links to browse the features and content of the site. The Navigation bar will not change and remains on the top of every page. A page title and a brief description is located on every page just below the top navigation bar. This additional detail lets you know where you are on the site and what content is provided on each page.




 
  Help with Registration   Registration [ back ]  
 
This site requires you to register (tell us who you are) in order to enter your event information into the system. This allows us the ability to monitor and track to improve security and usability by our visitors. The registration process is simple, just click the "Register" link from the Login box. Fill out the Registration form and click the Submit button.

The Registration process will require a valid email address. A confirmation # will be sent to the email address you entered and you will be required to see that email in order to complete the registration. The confirmation # must be entered into the site from your email so we know it's you.

The information with the red asterix is required. Please ensure it is accurate.


 
  My Control Panel My Account [ back ]  
  The My Account page is used to maintain your content and information on this site. This includes your contact information, membership status, directory listings, event notifications, etc. Use your account menu to change this information. The link to the My Account page can always be found in the Member Services box.

Manage Directory Listings: Click this link to add, edit, or delete listings from the directories listed in the top navigation. The Directory Listings allows you to add to the directories, events calendar, and coupons page.

View/Edit Personal Settings and Password: View and edit your personal contact information stored on this site including name, address, phone, email, and password.

View/Edit Event Notifications: Click here to turn on/off/select the email event notification feature. You can opt to be notified via email automatically if an event is updated or posted. An email will be sent to you privately.

Edit MyWebPage: Settings and Content: This is for Affiliate members. Allows an affiliate member to setup and configure their http://www.time2dance.com/affiliatename web site.

Manage MyAddressBook: This is for Affiliate members. Allows the Affiliates to maintain their online email address book. These email address can be entered by the affiliate or automatically come from the "Join my Mailing List" from their http://www.time2dance.com/affiliatename web site they've created. An Affiliate member can send emails and newsletters to the email addresses in their address book.
